Our Story

I am SO happy you're here! Thanks for taking the time to learn more about how Live Inspired came to be.

When I was a sophomore in college, I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety after I attempted to take my own life.

A lot of people hear me say that and are shocked that I would admit my struggles, let alone that I talk publicly about my mental health. And that right there is exactly why Live Inspired started.

I never truly understood the depths of mental health issues until experiencing it first hand. To be honest, the phrase mental health wasn't even really in my vocabulary until I started therapy. Like a lot of people, I felt it was taboo to talk about how I felt and what I was experiencing on a deep level.

When I felt isolated and alone, I slapped on a smile.
When I felt worthless and unloved, I posted pictures to social media to convey a different reality.
When I thought that the only way to end the pain I felt was taking my own life, I made sure nobody knew how I truly was feeling.

Unfortunately, that's the reality for a lot of people who are struggling with their mental health. Society has created a stigma associated with mental health, which makes people just like me too afraid to seek help. After going through my darkest point in my life, I decided to share my story in hopes that it reaches someone who needs to hear it so they know they are not alone.

Live Inspired was created to help people balance their physical AND mental health, all while staying on track with their busy schedules. With suicide prevention being a big passion of mine, Live Inspired has and always will donate a portion of every purchase to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Live Inspired is more than a planner. It's an outlet to express yourself, go after your biggest goals, track your habits, have an outlet to reduce your stress and anxiety, and (most importantly) give back to a cause much greater than ourselves.

I am so thankful for the unwavering support of people like you who make Live Inspired become the best it can be. Together, we truly are saving lives and helping those impacted my mental health and suicide.
