Shipping Information

US SHIPPING

All items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-3 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive for standard shipping.

International orders may take 7-14 business days to arrive; payment of duties and taxes may be required. We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system. 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

Before e-mailing us to track your package, please check the e-mail you used at checkout for your confirmation e-mail that includes your tracking number. Follow the shipping carrier directions to accurate track your package. Please allow enough time to process orders (1-3 business days) before getting your tracking number. Once the package has been given to the shipping carrier, Live Inspired is no longer responsible for delays in shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders placed are typically processed in 1-3 business days. 

Once shipped, international orders can take up to four weeks to arrive since all orders must pass through customs and this time frame is completely at the discretion of the shipping providers. Once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider, Live Inspired is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur.

We are unable to ship to forwarding company addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system. Payment will be processed in the most current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.
